Shipping Info


1. Shipping Policy: We try our best to fulfill your order in a timely manner. There may be times when shipping may be delayed due to inventory changes that may occur. In case this happens at the time we process your order, we will notify you by e-mail that your order cannot be fulfilled and your credit card will be refunded.  2. Shipping and Handling - we ship by USPC domestically and by UPS internationally. The shipping and handling fee is calculated by estimated weight and order destination.  For international shipping, the customer is responsible for all shipping/handling fee in addition to any custom fees that may apply. 3. Return Policy: All products purchased are not returnable/refundable, unless it is due to manufacture defects. Should this happens, all returns must be sent back within 15 days of the receiving the item with original receipts and a written note of explanation.
