Astragalus Root

A flowing long plant with long stems and pointed leaves and purple flowers, this plant is native to northern China and Mongolia. Astragalus root also contains saponins called astragalosides and astramembranosides, along with flavonoids and triterpenes. In TCM, astragalus is known to help support a healthy immune system and help in blood circulation to the skin and heart.
